We have perfected our packing process so we experience very few breakages, however in the very unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit please send through a photo of the damaged product and we will organise a replacement.

We are unfortunately unable to provide a refund or exchange if there is a mistake on a personalised item that is not our fault, so please make sure you check the spelling and details carefully, including names and dates. Natural products like wood will have different grains and colours, this is not a fault. Please note as all products are personalised we are unable to offer refunds once the production process has commenced unless the mistake was an error on our part. For non-personalised products, if the item is not as described or doesn’t meet the purpose it is intended for we will gladly offer a refund or exchange. A wooden menu board for writing the weeks meals on.

This sign is stained sealed and finished with engraved text and blackboard paint. The sign measures approx 18cm x 53cm and can be hung by the attached sawtooth hanger.

Use Uni chalk pen , normal chalk can be used if buying a chalk pen please check it is suitable for chalkboard paint as some chalk pens are only suited to glossy surfaces.

  • How are these hung? can they be hung using picture hooks or do they need to be hung using something like command strips?

    They come with a saw tooth hanger on the back and can be hung with a picture hook, or if you remove the saw tooth 3m command strips.

  • Can you please advise a price for shipping to Invercargill for 1 and 2 boards

    Metro shipping is $7, rural is $12

  • Hi. Is this customisable at all in terms of size, staining colour and writing colour?
