The keepsake box was purchased for a special purpose and I was very pleased with the finished product. However, the delivery date when the order was processed was noted as 6 April, but this was the date the item was actually dispatched and very nearly did not arrive in time for the occasion it was purchased for on the 11th. As it was estimated in the tracking to arrive on 12 April an alternative purchase had to be made. More clarity around the delivery date vs dispatch date would be recommended so purchasers can make appropriate arrangements to ensure goods are received when required. While I was very happy with the inscription a proof of it prior to delivery would have been appreciated. If one was sent I could not locate it in our emails

We have perfected our packing process so we experience very few breakages, however in the very unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit please send through a photo of the damaged product and we will organise a replacement.

We are unfortunately unable to provide a refund or exchange if there is a mistake on a personalised item that is not our fault, so please make sure you check the spelling and details carefully, including names and dates. Natural products like wood will have different grains and colours, this is not a fault. Please note as all products are personalised we are unable to offer refunds once the production process has commenced unless the mistake was an error on our part. For non-personalised products, if the item is not as described or doesn’t meet the purpose it is intended for we will gladly offer a refund or exchange. Temporarily moving to get earthquake repairs done Jess & Dan realised the markings on their door frame showing their then two year-olds growth would be lost.
